Theodor Levitin

was born in Leningrad in 1948. After leaving secondary school, he entered staging faculty of Leningrad State Institute of Music, Theatre & Cinematography (studio of national artist Nikolay Akimov) in 1966. In 1969 was called up for military service. Entered the Mukhina High School of Industrial Art, where began studying hardly in his craft. Got the certificate of designer in 1976. After that Teodor Levitin started working as a designer, then in porcelain and mostly in watercolor techniques. He took part in many international and Russian exhibitions. Among them:

– Exhibition Hall of the Soviet Union of Artists (1978) – “Art of Placard”.

The Central Exhibition Hall (1998), international exhibition “A trip to Kiferu island”, porcelain, murals;

St.-Petersburg UA gallery (June 1999), devoted to 200th secondary of Pushkin`s birth;

Summer Garden (1999), Russian - Finnish art exhibition;

– St.-Petersburg Central Exhibition Hall “Manege” (April 2002) – animalistic exhibition.

“Bukovsky gallery” in Stockholm (2002), watercolor paintings;

Personal exhibition (with Teodor Levitin) in the Jerusalem Cultural Centre of the Ministry of Absorption of Israel (2004);

Gerar Bakhar Centre in Jerusalem (2005), exhibition of artists-repatriates from Russia;

“Open Water” in Toronto, Canada (with Teodor Levitin) (2005), watercolor exhibition, first price in technique;

Begin Centre in Jerusalem (2006), “Jerusalem autumn” exhibition.

Many works of Teodor Levitin are kept in private collections in Russia and abroad.

Tatiana Levitin

was born in 1952 in Leningrad. She entered the Mukhina High School of Industrial Art in 1972; got the certificate of clothes designer in 1977.

Then worked as a footwear designer, taught arts in children art studios. She also specialized in porcelain art and watercolor techniques.Took part in next exhibitions;

– The Central Exhibition Hall (1998), international exhibition “A trip to Kiferu island”, porcelain, murals;

St.-Petersburg UA gallery (June 1999), devoted to 200th secondary of Pushkin`s birth;
